The terms that govern reservations and stays at Joynexa.
These Terms & Conditions govern your reservation request and stay at Joynexa Hospitality Limited ("Joynexa", "we", "us"). By submitting a reservation request or staying with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
In these terms
1. Reservations
A reservation request submitted through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied in person to confirm availability and you have accepted. Until confirmation, we are not obliged to hold any room.
2. Rates & payment
All room rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. No payment is taken at the reservation-request stage. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you directly before your stay. We reserve the right to adjust rates for future dates; any confirmed booking is charged at the rate agreed at confirmation.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation. As a general guide, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur no charge; cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a charge of the first night's rate. We understand that plans change — please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
4. Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please ask our reception team. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
5. Guest conduct
We ask all guests to respect the quiet, unhurried atmosphere of Joynexa and the comfort of others. We reserve the right to ask any guest whose conduct causes disturbance or damage to leave without refund.
6. Casino-inspired lounge
Our casino-inspired lounge is a themed social space for hotel guests only. No real-money gambling, online gaming or wagering of any kind is offered or permitted. All activities in the lounge are face-to-face, social and take place entirely at our physical premises. The lounge is not a gambling facility and does not provide any opportunity to gamble for money.
7. Liability
Joynexa accepts liability for personal injury caused by its negligence, but does not accept liability for loss or damage to guests' personal property, except where required by New Zealand law. We recommend that guests keep valuables secure and use the in-room safe where provided.
8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
